Yes my first contest!
Summer, filled with fun and laughter. With all sorts of happy, light contests, dealing with flowers and beachballs and such. I would like you to design and name a villian for my book, the Phanthom.

Rules</b>
It must be a stallion and he must be natural colored. But it can be an un-natural design.
You cannot use other peoples line art.
Give proper credit for refrences.
New art only, dont submit any old art
